Contributions to my Medical Fund or to us would be nice and deeply APPRECIATED at this point. A friend of mine is helping me to use internet resources. I have also borrowed a link to an account so that anyone who might want to help out may do so.  This is not something I wanted to do, but without help I have no idea what to do. It is beyond my control at this point in my life.

Donate Financially
You can donate financially either by:

  1. On-line contributions to my cause is deeply appreciated. MissCind@usa.com.

  2. OR Mail Below right to medical resources.

Medical contributions will be sent to University of Florida, Shands Hospital, in Gainesville Florida.
( I will have several areas the funds go to, so the main account to pay is the one below)
Its a 3 1/2 hour drive for me, so I have to account for transpiration too because my car is not drivable.  Also reason for link above

Payments Must be made payment To  >  Faculty Associates
That how its set up/ I need close to $ 30,000 in that account to help.   Unless I have around $10,000 at least, it would not be worth starting, cause its not enough to at least start what I need, I won't be able to pick up the balance and complete the procedures. So, I have to get at least $10,000 in the account before I could even start.
Mail Contributions and make check out to the Faculty Associates at:

Faculty Associates   P O Box 100425    Gainesville, FL  32610-0425
You must put on check or tell them it is for " Donation for Patient account  # 263248

That account number must be on check and let them know its a donation to that account, if you pay straight to the financial "faculty assoc"

...We thank you for your generosity...

I have two caps that came off last month, and I am going to sell them on ebay along with my x-rays, which will go towards medical, setting stable in a small apartment.  Any contributions or if you would like to bid, you can do so here.

You are also welcome to email me if you have any concerns in the matter at MissCind@usa.com

I have worked hard to learn programming all by myself, hoping that I could do this maybe, even in bed from home if it ever came to that again!  Put there are so many things I need to learn before I can do this properly.  I need a tutor. This way I could work from home because of my condition, yet be independent again.  I cannot attend classes, and have checked in to it.  It will cost to hire a tutor.  If you would like to help in that, that would also be appreciated.  I feels sure I can be self productive on my own again, but I have to get what I need to get there!

Personally, I do not want to depend on anyone.  I need medical attention so I won't have to need anything from anyone. I need financial cushion during testing and medical procedures. Also while I am learning a new trade to become self reliant again with my condition.  One friend can't do more for me than they already have.  The program that is suppose to help me, but outside of some groceries, it has failed me so I can't depend on it anymore.  I can't just site here and waste my life another two or 3 years!  I need to get on with life.  There program is made to KEEP me where I am, or well, where I will end up soon enough here in another month, which is on the streets.  I prefer to try and do something about it!

I am sorry your tax dollars did not help me enough the right ways, so that I could have already been up and going by now on my own...

So, now I pray, that maybe a few people will help me accomplish this.  I promise to return that help once I am back on my feet. I know how to pay forward.  again, ...We thank you for your generosity...
